The worst service in Dallas. The customer service staff is the worst; they have no ethics or professionalism. Going there is a waste of time.

My experience during the vehicle inspection was not satisfactory. The attention of the staff was unfriendly and the process was carried out in a hasty way, without offering clear explanations or a friendly treatment to the customer. I believe that the service to the public should be more professional, respectful and oriented to provide a better experience to those of us who go to carry out this procedure

I recently had the pleasure of working with Inwood Inspections in Dallas, TX, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. The inspector took the time to explain every detail of the report, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their attention to detail and commitment to accuracy gave me complete confidence in my property assessment. They used modern tools and technology to ensure nothing was overlooked, and their report was clear, well-organized, and easy to understand. Beyond their expertise, the team at Inwood Inspections was punctual, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had all the information I needed. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service, but they truly delivered on both fronts. I highly recommend Inwood Inspections to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough home inspection in the Dallas area. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use their services again in the future!

I've been coming here for years and really like the place. The waiting room is sparkling clean and comfortable, not that you'll be spending much time in it. I've never had to wait for an inspection so I'm always in and out in under 15 minutes. Also, if you drive stick, come here. Because they're car guys (some nice hot rods are stored here), I've never had to worry that they don't drive stick. If you drive stick you know how hard it can be to find a place where they do. If you need an inspection I'd highly recommend coming here!
